Enjoy year-round living in a residential neighborhood, two blocks from the ocean! We have two-bedroom apartments available at 83 and 87 Brown Ave, Hampton Beach, New Hampshire. Easy access
to Rtes 1, 1A, 101, and 95.

One month's rent, one month's security deposit, and a $50 application fee for a credit check to move in. Cats are ok, as are dogs under 10 pounds.

Our townhouse style apartments have two floors. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are on the first floor. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the second floor.

Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen with center island, and a large dining or den area with a white marble fireplace. This residence is undergoing renovation, but we will make appointments to show it to interested parties. More pictures are coming soon!
